- Reopen the Dacsee App
- Go to Settings > About > Check for Updates

- If you are already on the latest version, monitor and see if the issue still persists. If yes, please submit an App Error Report in our Help menu
- If you have just updated to the latest version, monitor and see if the issue still persists. If yes, please submit an App Error Report in our Help menu
- TAC login problem
- Click on “Resend Code” for the 1st time
- If still not receiving it, click on “Resend Code” for the 2nd time
- If these do not solve the issue, then it is most probably be your Telco’s Service Provider issue. Call in to Dacsee (03-86003677) during our office hours to obtain your one-time verification code
