App Troubleshoot

  • App latest version
    • Android: 1.1.16-v358 (updated on 27 March 2020)
    • IOS: 1.1.15-v371 (updated on 27 March 2020)
  • App Auto shut down
    1. Reopen the Dacsee App
    2. Go to Settings > About > Check for Updates
    • If you are already on the latest version, monitor and see if the issue still persists. If yes, please submit an App Error Report in our Help menu
    • If you have just updated to the latest version, monitor and see if the issue still persists. If yes, please submit an App Error Report in our Help menu
  • TAC login problem
    1. Click on “Resend Code” for the 1st time
    2. If still not receiving it, click on “Resend Code” for the 2nd time
    3. If these do not solve the issue, then it is most probably be your Telco’s Service Provider issue. Call in to Dacsee (03-86003677) during our office hours to obtain your one-time verification code
