• Update personal Information
    1. Login to Dacsee App
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Select “Account & Safety”
    4. Update your personal information
  • TAC login problem
    1. Click on “Resend Code” for the 1st time
    2. If still haven’t received, click on “Resend Code” for the 2nd time
    3. If these do not solve the issue, then it is most probably be your Telco’s Service Provider issue. Call in to Dacsee (03-86003677) during our office hours to obtain your one-time verification code
  • Delete account
    • Please call 03-8600 3677 to request for account delete
